This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Max Lucado gives you three down to earth, practical godly ways to change your thinking from negative thoughts to positive ones. I especially liked his sections on Practicing Picky Thinking and Uproot and Replant. I have been working on capturing my thoughts and liked the strategies given to help me focus on the idea, just because you have a thought, you don't have to entertain it. As Max suggests, God made our brains. He can retrain my brain with more positive thoughts. Another thing I like about this book it had questions at the end of the book that helped your review what was read in each chapter.

I had the privilege to read this book ahead of the launch date as I received a review copy from the publisher in advance. This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it.
